With a fabled resort like One&Only Palmilla, the story practically writes itself. This breathtaking resort on the Baja California is where the Hollywood elite book into when they need to escape the world.

 

Rediscover the magic

Working with Black Tomato studio in Shoreditch, One&Only Palmilla wanted to put the resort back among the world’s most sought-after destinations. In their communications, the magic was sometimes lost through a mish-mash of inconsistent language and messages. After auditing its written assets and benchmarking its tone of voice against other luxury marques, we gave the tone of voice a nip and tuck before updating key sections of the website.

Bi-annual campaigns.

Going forwards I continue to work as a copywriter on bi-annual campaigns, newsletters and promotions for One&Only, as well as providing tone of voice consultancy on other resorts in the portfolio including the recently launched One&Only Mandarina.
